"Wait staff was great and made sure our group was satisfied (there were 12 of us). Nice salad bar not big but had nice selection. Had soup chicken rice warm but not hot."
"I've been taking my uncle breakfast every day for two weeks from all of the restaurants that serve breakfast. Today is Sunday and I wanted today's breakfast to be a bit special. He has been a regular at the Shamrock for decades. So, I thought it would be a good idea to get him something from the Shamrock. He was excited when I called and told him that. He asked for Sausage & Gravy Biscuits. I waited forever. Then when the order was up, the young people at the cash register wanted to charge for two orders per plate because they saw two biscuits in the container. (If you know anything about Biscuits & Gravy, you know there is one biscuit cut in half -- but that's still one order.) Then, when I got to his house (at most a 2 minute drive), the food was cold— not lukewarm — cold. I heated his up. Shamrock, this was the worst breakfast of my life and he said it was probably his too. So much for a special Sunday breakfast."
